The fine print.
Customer error, dissatisfaction, no longer wanting a product or any other reason for wanting to return a product other than documented error will not be accepted. Items in the customer’s possession for longer than 14 days will not be accepted for return. There are no returns on special order/made to order items.
All returns and cancellations are entirely at the discretion of Southern Grace LLC.
Southern Grace LLC accepts no liability for products damaged by misuse, improper installation, or modification.
All cancellations and returns must be authorized by Southern Grace LLC, and an Return Authorization Number (RA#) must be issued and used when returning products or they will be denied. Please e-mail us to receive a (RA#)
Once an item is shipped it can no longer be canceled.
All returns will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
We will not accept returns on any opened, used or modified merchandise.
Returns and cancellations are solely determined by Southern Grace LLC.
All returns will receive a refund once the returned item is received by Southern Grace LLC and inspected.
There are no refunds or credits on shipping or handling charges. In the case of a return, the return shipping is at the expense of the customer.
Products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty only; settlement of all claims is subject to manufacturer’s waiting period to allow inspection of warranted goods.
Delivery is via tractor-trailer unless otherwise specified.
It is the customer’s responsibility to unload the pallets/product from the back of the delivery truck. Please note that the merchandise is palletized. It is the customer’s full responsibility to have the proper equipment and/or staffing available to unload the pallet/product from the back of the delivering vehicle. Southern Grace LLC will not be held responsible for any issues that arise as a result of customer unloading of product. Southern Grace LLC will not be held responsible for any delivery delays once the product leaves our facility.
The customer is responsible for any and all additional fees associated with special delivery requests/services.
All product is carefully inspected and packed prior to being shipped. Any & all claims must be noted at the time of delivery on the Delivery Receipt and the customer must notify Southern Grace LLC within 48 hours of delivery for any claim to be honored.
Product Care & Information
CAST STONE WINTER CARE
All of our cast stone pieces are manufactured with a high density cast stone mix with a PSI (pounds per square inch) strength of approximately 7,500.While this high density mixture is designed to produce a strong and durable product, proper maintenance is recommended to protect our product from the freeze-thaw cycles that occur in winter. Any piece which can hold water, snow or ice, such as a planter, birdbath/ fountain top or shell, and any piece which is placed directly on the ground surface, such as a birdbath/fountain base, can be damaged by the winter freeze-thaw cycles. To minimize any possible winter damage, please follow the simple suggestions listed below.
Cast Stone Products
We suggest that birdbath/fountain tops not be left outside in the winter. Once the top fills with water/snow and freezes, the top may crack. All birdbath/fountain bases, should be raised up off the ground in winter so they will not freeze to the ground surface. Ideally, a fountain should be stored indoors in the winter away from the elements. However, if a fountain bowl must be left outside, remove all pumps, rubber stoppers, drain pipes, and small components, and cover the top, making sure that water does not accumulate in the basin and freeze.
