Your fountains are the best. I’m very glad I did as much research on this before buying anything. These fountains and kits are great quality. It’s a small investment to something you’ll potentially get decades of enjoyment from.
The term ‘you get what you pay for’ definitely applies to these.
I was apprehensive to start this process due the extra work I’d need to do in framing and supporting the basin to elevate it 2 feet to be level with the deck. The solution I used worked great for this application and I’m happy with the result. Take care.

I just wanted to follow up and send you a couple of pictures because this is more beautiful than I thought it would be! The birds went crazy for it from day one, some like the little sprinkling shower underneath the rocks and others go crazy for the bath. About Our GFRC Boulders
GFRC (glass fiber reinforced concrete) is a very strong fiber cement product used in zoo exhibits and animal habitats. If its strong enough for bears to climb all over it then its strong enough! It has the look, feel and texture of real rock at about 1/5 the weight. First you make a mold of a real rock (mother rock). Then you make one rock at a time all by hand. The video at right shows you what to expect when you receive your new rock and what to expect through the years.
