About Our Pottery FountainsAll of our pottery water fountains are of the finest quality. Each piece is hand made and high temperature fired. Each piece is unique and will have slight differences in color and shape. Some pieces will have seep holes where the water may slowly drain into your basin. Since the basin catches the water this should not be a problem. Your pottery water feature may have kiln cracks, they are small cracks caused by the clay shrinking during the firing process. This does not affect the strength of your piece. You may notice other small cosmetic blemish such as areas where the glaze is thin or missing, chips, rub marks etc all of these are normal and are the nature of a handmade product. We inspect all of our water feature pottery before shipping. We will not sell a damaged piece. There will be no return, credit or replacement given for these cosmetic flaws. No exceptions. We will be happy to provide a photo of each piece before shipping, the charge for this service is $15 each piece.
